Kenny leads on BTB’s research and works closely with Michael on our strategy moving forward. Kenny played a critical role in establishing recent partnerships with leading youth brands including Tinder, Uber, and Deliveroo. He also never forgets the importance of Tracksuit Thursdays.

Maria leads a team of designers and illustrators to make sure that our brand is distinctive and true to our roots of being vibrant and approachable. 

Josh Dell

Communications & Advocacy

Josh focuses on Communications and Advocacy, having joined the team during the EU Referendum to help increase BTB’s media profile and lost his voice several times in the process. His current work includes working on seeing the recommendations in the Missing Millions report become legislation.

Simon Lee

Finance Director – Outbased

Simon is the Finance Director of Outbased, and he takes care of all of our financials. Simon and his team help keep us in check financially, as well as making sure that everybody is happy come payday.

Ade Onibada

Social Media Manager

A self-described ‘storyteller,’ Ade manages both the content we push out online and the connections we make behind the scenes. Now through our social media content Ade works to galvanise our online community to engage with day to day politics.
